excellent breakfast clean rooms double bed non-functional ac small shower unavailable staff
The hotel was close to the harbour! it was convenient since i was leaving by ferry. the breakfast was excellent. There was much to choose from. the rooms were new and clean. I had a real double bed.
The a/c did not work well for me. I had horrible sleep because of this. the shower was the smallest i have ever seen. there was no front desk staff at checkout when i wanted to tell them about the a/c issues.

mixed experience, some issues with the room
the breakfast had enough variety to be acceptable it had several options
my room was located next to other rooms i could hear all the neighbours clearly this made it difficult to relax and sleep i expected better soundproofing

central location friendly staff helpful staff
This hotel had a super central location. i walked to shops, restaurants, and the archaeological museum in about five minutes. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Marina and niki gave excellent advice on local eateries and excursions. the breakfast buffet was consistent and had great options like toast, eggs, fruits, and pastries.

The hotel provided limited parking spaces right outside. This was useful. the central location also meant very easy access to the bus station and key city attractions. i had no trouble finding the hotel either.

breakfast offered a wide choice of food, made mornings very enjoyable. i liked hot dishes, an abundance of fruit, and pastries. the breakfast hours worked well for my schedule too. the food was AMAZING!!!

my room included a kettle with tea and coffee supplies, a nice touch. it also had an iron and a hairdryer for convenience. fresh bedsheets assured a great sleep. the room was cleaned daily.

the staff were genuinely helpful and always assisted with a smile. dinolas provided dinner recommendations and promptly ordered a taxi for me. they arranged gluten-free bread upon request, which i appreciated. i felt welcomed and well cared for.

helpful front desk varied choice quiet neighborhood
I appreciated the helpful front desk, especially with directions to the city bus stop! The lady ensured all our room needs were met. Breakfast offered hot foods and varied choices. We slept well because the neighborhood was quiet, a great benefit.
The plumbing could have been better in the room, a slight inconvenience.

The room included a fridge, a sink, and a proper table. A room divider with an integrated desk added to the apartment-like feel. I liked the interesting view over the Harbour, where big cruisers and ferries came and went.

The staff helped with restaurant recommendations and transportation advice. They looked after our luggage while we explored Crete. I was grateful for their friendly and informative assistance , it really made a difference.

the breakfast was great. i enjoyed the variety of items available each morning. the staff were very helpful and assisted with directions. the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

great location friendly staff bag holding noisy room brick wall uncontrollable air conditioner
the location is awesome, it is just a short walk from the city center. the hotel was comfy and the staff were super friendly and helpful. plus , they held our bags on our checkout day, so we could tour around before our flight !
my room was noisy , i could hear all our neighbors. the view from the room was basically a brick wall. also , the air conditioner couldn't be turned off, it made the room cold all night.
